King Tenor Sax Hard Rubber Mouthpiece

Can you help me ID this King mouthpiece?

The banding around the shank looks familiar, but I can’t place it.  I assume it was made by a mouthpiece manufacturer, but for all I know, it may have been made by King???  I’m also wondering if it might have shipped with a particular model of King Tenor.

The mouthpiece is stamped “MO” which I assume means Medium Open.  I measure the tip opening at 0.088″.

It is also marked “AW”, but that was for the owner, A. D. (Adie) Wallace who, I am told, played in Atlanta, Georgia.
