Pan American Bb Trumpet – 1933
This Pan American 64B Trumpet is Silver-plated and has an excellent engraving.
Serial Number 93362. Manufactured 1933.
It is a stylish gas of a horn that is a winner both visually and sonically….a good-looking horn that you can lean back and scream on.
I understand that this horn was nick-named the “Frat” model at the time it was being marketed – the Conn equivalent was the “New Era”. Zippy design, zippy horn; a lot of projection.
Also included is a newer “Jet Tone” Severinsen mouthpiece which is a well thought of out-of-production item.
Pan-American was a subsidiary brand of the Conn Co.
Slides all move freely. Valves are good and functional. Ready to play.
Comes with the pictured case.
